Technology of making wooden windows.

A continuous process that requires constant control of day-to-day processes, incorporating a whole range of technological subtleties and a consistent approach. Modern technology for the production of wooden windows makes it possible to create different structures, which makes our cabins much warmer and quieter, at least a few dozen reasons for this.

The process of preparing the window begins with dried cheese, which is supplied, which softens the wood and reduces its cracking during processing. The drying algorithm is selected depending on the type of wood and is regulated electronically.

After drying the wood, it falls on the “birzhu” and spends every hour, as a result, the balance of moisture is restored. Only the following cheese is ready before processing.

Then the bars are glued together into a bunch of balls, two or more, and placed under pressure, where they remain under great pressure for one or two days. The river rings of the skin bar are, therefore, straightened into the proximal vein from the vascular rings.

The glued beam is sent for processing, the stages of which are cut depending on how foldable the other window profile is. As a rule, this is a process that is also carried out on automatic lines: turning grooves for fittings, profile shaping, cutting glazing beads. If you need to prepare a window for washing, you may need to manually trim some parts.
The finished window elements are assembled into the structure by hand, and then they are sanded and puttied, ready for preparation.

Unaffected by the natural wood, without proper treatment with lacquer-based materials, windows can be susceptible to negative environmental influences, temperature changes and fungal infections.
